Daniel began his ministry with Second Baptist in January 2012 after serving churches in Missouri, Georgia and Virginia. Daniel focuses his attention on providing opportunities for the congregation to deepen their relationship with Christ and with one another.
This includes overseeing mission experiences that are more than simple acts of service but are invitations to spiritual transformation as some spiritual growth can only happen in the disordered world beyond the walls of the church. Daniel also manages the annual Second Baptist Pumpkin Patch. Daniel and his wife, Mekea, have two children. Outside of church, Daniel enjoys cooking, talking sports (Yankees or Cardinals baseball especially), classic soul music and spending time with his family, his most important ministry.
